NOTICES FOR THE WEEK

  1. Good News Classes after the 8.00 am Mass.
  1. To be read only at the 7.15 pm Mass today and tomorrow morning at the 6.00 am Mass. (Tomorrow/ this morning) the Marathi Sodality will be celebrating the feast of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel at the 7.00 am Mass which will be in Marathi.
  1. The Evergreen Senior Citizens’ Monsoon Picnic will be held at the Green Hill Resort, Nalasopara on Monday, 3rd Registration against ID Cards at Rs. 600/= per head will commence from Monday, 20th July at the CCO Office from 9.30am–12.00 noon.
  1. The Holy Family Hospital, Dr. Vaishali Naik, Consultant Diabetologist will be presenting a patient education programme on “Living with Diabetes” on Wednesday, 22nd July at 11.00 am in the Conference Room, Basement. Registration at Rs. 50/= to be done at the reception. For details refer to the notice board.
  1. In preparation for the feast of St. Anne & Joachim there will be a Triduum on the 23rd, 24th July at 7.30 pm and 25th July at 7.15 pm.
  1. Housie for Senior Citizens on Saturday, 25th July in the Bosco Hall at 5.30 pm
  1. The 23rd Year of ‘DEEPEN YOUR FAITH COURSE’ will commence on 25th July at St. Andrew’s College. This year’s theme is “Wisdom Literature And The Gospel Of Jesus”. Registration begins at 4.00 pm followed by the inaugural session at 4.30 pm the same day. Course fee is Rs. 600/=. The parish will subsidize 50% of the course for parishioners.
  1. The Andrean Youth Movement will be celebrating Parents’ Day on the 26th of July with Mass at 6.00 pm at the Apostolic Carmel High School Hall followed by a get together. Passes available outside the Sacristy after every Mass.
  1. The Archdiocesan Women’s Commission is planning its certificate course in Women’s Leadership in collaboration with the Sophia Centre for Women’s Studies. The course will be conducted at Antonio da Silva High School, Dadar over the weekends of July, August & September commencing from July 25th & 26th. The course fee is Rs. 500/=. For details refer to the notice board.
  2. Diocesan Vocation Service Centre is organising a vocation programme for college students, working youth or others who have an inclination towards the priesthood or religious life on Saturday, 15th August from 9.00 am – 12.00 noon at the St. Pius X College (Diocesan Seminary), Goregaon.
