We are happy to announce that St. Andrew’s College has been awarded the best college in Maharashtra out of 700 colleges.  It is the reward of the hard work of the Rector, Principal and the Faculty of the college.


Those who have not yet received a Church calendar may kindly contact the parish office and collect the same.


This year the calendars had community fund envelopes stapled to them.  The response from all of you has been phenomenal.  We are grateful to each one of you for your generosity.  In case some have forgotten you can still make your contribution. Envelopes are available in the sacristy.


The Confirmation students and parish youth will be conducting their outreach at Mukta Jeevan Ashram at Asangaon on Sunday 28th January.


St. Andrew’s College has organized an International Conference on “The Role of Education to Foster Religious Harmony” on Tuesday, 30th January. Cardinal Oswald Gracias will give the Presidential address and Mr. Harsh Mandar is the Keynote Speaker. Registration necessary. For further details please see the notice board.


Friday, 2nd February is the Presentation of the Lord & Day of Consecrated Life. Candles will be blessed at the 6.00 am Mass with procession.


Saturday, 3rd February is the Feast of St. Blaise. Blessing of the Throat at all Masses including the 7.15 pm Mass in the evening.


PPC Meeting on Monday, 5th February at 7.00 pm in the Bosco Hall.


Kripa Foundation is holding a seminar on “Recent Insights into Addiction Recovery” on Saturday, 10th Feb from 3.30 – 6.30 pm at Mt. Carmel’s Church Hall, Bandra. Admission is free.


On Sunday, 11th February is the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes and World Day of the Sick. Kindly note there will be NO Mass at 8.15 am in the College Chapel, instead the Mass will be held at 9.00 a.m. at the newly built grotto at the entrance of the College.


Last Sunday’s Collection amounted to Rs.66,440/= Box Collection Rs.11,810/=. We thank you for your constant support and generous contribution. God bless you all.
